Where we ship

Delivery times

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: 3–6 business days (selected at checkout).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
  • A flat $6.95 standard shipping fee applies to U.S. orders under $75.
  • Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track at any time from our order tracking page.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early) and check with neighbors and household members. If it still hasn't arrived, email support@vozawellness.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.


Returns

Our 30-day promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

How to start a return

  1. Email support@vozawellness.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using a tracked service. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

What can't be returned

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used: face masks, eye masks, hand and body devices that contact skin directly, and any consumable accessories. Final-sale and clearance items are also non-returnable. This is clearly noted on the product page where it applies.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Warranty

Every electronic VOZA product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within 12 months, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund — at our discretion.
