At VOZA, we are committed to delivering your premium wellness products as quickly and securely as possible. To ensure we can offer high-quality products at competitive prices, we utilize a global fulfillment network, including state-of-the-art warehouse facilities in the United States and international distribution centers.
Please review our shipping policies and estimated delivery times below.
Order Processing & Handling All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or promotional sales, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on the product's origin warehouse and your destination address. Once processed, general delivery times are as follows:

United States (Domestic Fulfillment): 3 to 7 business days.

United States (Global Fulfillment): 7 to 15 business days.

International Orders (Outside the US): 7 to 20 business days, depending on local customs processing.

Shipping Rates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders. If expedited shipping or specialized courier options are available for your specific location, the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How Do I Track My Order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with live scan information from the courier.
Separate Shipments (Split Packages) If you order multiple items, your order may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes VOZA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we will not issue a refund for the original shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, VOZA is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier marks them as "Delivered." If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
